Cooler Shock® is happy to introduce our new foam bottle holders made in partnership with a fan named Maxine. She loves using our packs, but grew frustrated by glass bottles often breaking in her cooler. The breakage occurring was due to the lack of support from our packs. Ice often provides that support since it is small pieces and therefore has the ability to form around each bottle itself. Cooler Shock® packs strive to always be better than ice, so we had to make sure we found a way around this issue! The Shock Absorber comes with six bottle slots per piece, perfect for any six pack! It was created to help hold your glass bottles steady in your cooler, assisting you in avoiding breakage and continuing our long-standing reputation of being better than ice.
Cooler Shock is in the early release phase of a monster ice block replacement product called Shock Block™ which is a patent pending block ice alternative. Shock Block™ is designed to replace block ice as well as replacing multiple ice packs with one high performing large one. Shock Block™ is a phase change ice pack designed to outperform block ice once frozen. Shock Block™ will start at approximately 0°F and rise to its phase change temperature and then stay locked at this temperature for days. Shock Block™ does this at approximately 10°F colder than ice. Shock Block™ comes with a thermometer built-in so that there is no guessing. It can take days after the block is solid for it to get down to its coldest temperature. The thermometer eliminates guessing when freezing and when in use. Shock Block™ comes with the dry Cooler Shock® formula inside. You fill Shock Block™ with water once and then screw the thermometer cap on.
Cooler Shock® PC
This is our new Cooler Shock® hard pack made from Polycarbonate (PC). Stronger, faster and great looking, this pack is twice as durable as the gray hard pack. It also transfers energy 10-20% faster due to the increased density of the plastic. Polycarbonate is the same material used for bullet proof glass.
